If you want to see some happy dogs, just head on down to the Marina Beach Dog Park in Edmonds, WA. This fully fenced park not only has lots of room to roam with ramps and tunnels for the dogs but it has a large stretch of rocky and sandy beachfront.
Yes, the Puget Sound is cold. Yes, the dogs, at least some of them, jump right in to fetch balls and sticks.
