Refund policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  We want you to LOVE it!  On the rare occasion where everything isn't perfect, here's what to do.

We have a FREE 30-day return policy (60 days for holiday orders placed between November 1st to December 31st), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a pre-paid return or exchange. 

Errors and product defects will be replaced or refunded. For a customer choice returns or exchanges, we request that your item be in the same condition that you received it.

We’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. We will notify you once we receive your return.
