Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail (or SMS if you gave a cell number instead) within a few minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail, please check your spam filters or contact us to make sure your order was placed.
Your order confirmation will contain a summary of your order, prices, shipping and taxes if applicable, as well as your shipment and billing address for your payment method.
If anything on your order confirmation is not what you expected, please contact us.
Order Processing Times
After an order is placed, it takes 2-3 business days to process. Orders received after 5PM Pacific time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Notification
When your order processing is complete you will receive a shipment notification. All orders ship USPS and include a tracking number as well as a link to EasyPost tracking status.

Shipping Prices and Times
United States
Shipping anywhere in the USA is $5.10.
We are currently running a FREE shipping promotion for the USA. We currently only use USPS which takes 2 - 8 days. USPS does not guarantee delivery within 8 days so neither can we at this time. Most packages arrive within 5 days or less. We are working with our suppliers to offer faster shipping options and guarantees.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for $9.99 to most countries via DHL.
Local Delivery
We're sorry but we can't offer a local pickup or delivery option at this time but we are working on a solution for Edmonds and Seattle area delivery.
If something goes wrong
We work closely with our vendors and shipping partners to make sure everything is delivered to you as quickly as possible with no issues. If something, anything, does not meet with your total satisfaction, we want to know about it.
